Sectional Buildings
As the name implies, our sectional
buildings are made in 'pre-made' panels
ready for rapid on-site construction.
We can supply our sectional buildings on a
'delivery-only' basis, ready for your own
installation team to erect, or take advantage
of our own specialised installation team.
Don't forget, we can take control of the complete job
right from the groundwork, to the very last fitting,
we can do as much or as little as you choose.
Sectional timber buildings, as standard, include one single 910mm (36") wide ledge & brace door. As many (or as few) fixed windows can be specified to meet your requirements (please see our options page for more window ideas).
Our sectional timber buildings are constructed using 75mm x 50mm (3" x 2") framing, the popular 'Onduline' roofing system, and a choice of cladding from featheredge (weatherboard), T&G shiplap or T&G loglap.
Joinery made casement windows and doors can be fitted as an option to any of our timber buildings, along with several roofing options including, felt shingle tiles, green mineral felt, composite slate tiles, or even clay or concrete tiles (see our roof options page).
Our sectional buildings are designed to be erected on at least 1 brick course on a concrete base**. We can do this for you, contact us for a no-obligation site survey.
**Buildings subject to local council building control regulations, may need a more complex footing.
Our buildings are all made to order, so we don't really have standard sizes as such, but to give some idea of prices we have provided a selection of sizes in the table below.
